About Olivia

A young woman with blonde hair holding a pink mug in a kitchen.

I am a Specialist Registered Dietitian with expertise from both NHS and private healthcare settings. I provide personalised, clinically informed nutrition support for individuals, organisations, and professionals.

I take a warm, approachable, and professional approach to my work, aiming to create an environment where people feel comfortable, listened to, and supported - whether I am working one-to-one, delivering talks or collaborating with organisations.

Across all areas of my work, I provide clear, practical nutrition guidance that is tailored to individual needs, health goals, or organisational objectives. My focus is on supporting health and wellbeing through realistic, sustainable approaches to nutrition, grounded in clinical expertise and professional standards.

Professional Background

Academia:

My education started with achieving gradings A-A* in 10 GCSE and 3 A-levels. I went on to achieve a first class honours in BSc Food and Nutrition, followed by an MSc Dietetics at King’s College University, a globally leading university for nutritional sciences.

During my studies I submitted the following research, both topic areas I am passionate about:

  1. The association between vitamin D status and bone turnover markers in healthy post-menopausal women.

A cross-sectional secondary analysis of baseline data from a double-blinded randomised controlled trial that analysed the effect of bolus vitamin D3 doses on free and total 25(OH)D.

  2. Ultra-Processed Foods: Potentially Harmful To Health But Do The Public Even Know What They Are?

A development of a validated measure to assess consumers accuracy of categorising the processing level of foods, with a particular focus on ultra-professed foods (UPF) identification.

Career:

Cardiology: Following university, I initially worked in cardiology and cardiothoracics at St Bartholomew's Hospital located in the heart of London, renowned for being one of Europe’s largest cardiovascular centres.

Neuroscience & Trauma: I went on to specialise at Royal London Hospital, working as the sole trauma dietitian for London’s busiest major trauma centre. It’s here I provided acute lifesaving nutrition to those most vulnerable.

Gastroenterology & Gynaecology: I discovered my passion for gut health and women’s health and went on to specialise in these areas at Royal London Hospital. I provided dietetic care to patient’s with a wide range of gastric and gynae conditions including liver disease, bowel obstructions, pregnancy complications, intestinal failure and functional gut disorders such as IBS.

Weight Management: Alongside my NHS career I have always worked privately for esteemed health clinics located in the Harley Street area. My focus was supporting client’s weight loss journeys through nutritional changes.
